JSW Venture Holdings LLC announces its transition in leadership team, with the new leadership team initiating a 90 day transition period set to be completed by December 1, 2023.

Rachel Janell Schlesener-Whiteside will vacate her role as President of JSW business operations and continue on the senior leadership team as Chairwoman of the Board and holding the official title of Chairwoman & Founder. Rachel maintains an important role in JSW Venture Holdings and will continue to take part in various leadership and business development opportunities.

Zak Matt Sheppard will begin the transition of the position of President of JSW Venture Holdings with full effective leadership by December 1st. Taking on the role in the interim as various roles and business aspects transition through the transition period. Upon the launch of JSWs new digital content platform in 2024 Zak will take on adding the role of Executive Lead Editor taking part in the publication and overseeing of the digital content and published content.

Htee Kuh joins JSW Venture Holdings senior leadership team as Business Strategy Advisor, as the BSA for JSW Venture Holdings he will report directly to Zak. He will also assume the role of Associate Editor for the new digital platform launching in 2024, with focus categories of gaming, technology and culture.
