Today JSW Venture Holdings announces its completion of its 90 day leadership transition with Zak Matt Sheppard effective today taking on the role of President of JSW Venture Holdings. Htee Kuh joins the team with HKHK LLC as a minority stake holder and takes presence on the senior leadership team as the Business Strategy Advisor reporting directly to Zak.

Rachel Janell Schlesener-Whiteside steps into her new leadership and advisory role on the board as Chairwoman. Remaining a dedicated and important part of the JSW leadership team and advisory on new business opportunities.

JSW Venture Holdings also announces the full launch of its new brand and marketing efforts. With a new brand identity highlighting our focus on creative story telling and bringing content and stories alive in new and incredible ways utilizing new technologies and innovations that enrich the content experience.
