JSW Venture Holdings LLC voluntarily suspended active commercial operations effective November 1, 2025. This operational suspension did not constitute dissolution of the company.
JSW Venture Holdings LLC is not presently conducting new commercial operations, accepting new business, launching new ventures, or operating consumer brands. The company continues in a limited administrative capacity to maintain its records and address its own existing contractual, financial, legal, and administrative matters.
02 / Brand authorization
Effective November 1, 2025, the authorization, licenses, and any other rights held by JSW Venture Holdings LLC to use, operate under, promote, manage, or represent the Created by DANGER, Lavashade, and DynaKat brand names and associated brand assets ended.
JSW Venture Holdings LLC did not own these brands, and the ending of its authorization, licenses, and other use rights did not involve the sale or transfer of any brand or ownership interest.
JSW Venture Holdings LLC does not currently use, operate under, promote, manage, or speak on behalf of Created by DANGER, Lavashade, or DynaKat.
03 / Separate entity notice
DynaKat LLC is a separately organized legal entity.
DynaKat LLC did not participate in JSW Venture Holdings LLC’s use of the DynaKat name while JSW Venture Holdings LLC was authorized to use it before November 1, 2025.
DynaKat LLC did not acquire JSW Venture Holdings LLC and has not assumed JSW Venture Holdings LLC’s contracts, debts, liabilities, or other obligations except to the extent expressly established by a separate written agreement.
DynaKat LLC is not responsible for activities conducted, representations made, or obligations incurred by JSW Venture Holdings LLC under the DynaKat name before November 1, 2025.

JSW Venture Holdings LLC remains committed to addressing and completing its own existing contractual and financial obligations to applicable partners, ventures, creditors, contractors, vendors, and service providers in accordance with their governing terms.
The end of the authorization, licenses, and other rights held by JSW Venture Holdings LLC to use those brands did not transfer the company’s obligations to DynaKat LLC, any brand owner, or another separately organized entity.
